Set on steep terrain and a complex coastal site, the project called on LoveLife Projects’ experience in delivering architecturally designed homes in challenging locations. Careful planning, construction methodology and site coordination were integral to bringing the design to life while navigating the constraints of the site.

Soaring raked ceilings, exposed white beams and expansive glazing create a light-filled connection between the interiors, outdoor terraces and surrounding landscape. Textured stonework, timber decking and warm copper-toned detailing bring depth and character, while generous openings capture ocean views and cooling sea breezes.

Built by LoveLife Projects, the home reflects a considered balance of architectural detail, natural materials and refined craftsmanship – creating a relaxed yet sophisticated family retreat.
